Made with 100% gamay grapes grown at Tillingham during 2026. This is our first release of the 2026 vintage.
Grapes were picked on 1 October and put straight into concrete as whole bunches to go through carbonic maceration for 3 weeks. They were then pressed and bottled.
Only 200 bottles in this initial release, all numbered by hand.
A lively, fruit-driven wine with an easy-drinking character. It shows an expressive bouquet of fresh red berries, juicy raspberry and ripe cherry, complemented by delicate floral notes. The palate is smooth and playful, with a soft, juicy texture, gentle tannins and moreish high acidity and a beautifully lingering finish. This is delicious! Serve slightly chilled.
