Zingy and vibrant with lifted aromatics that unfurl as the wine opens up. A fresh lemon tart, pastry and all. A bright yet delicate shade of gold, the wine strikes a balance of tension, from the fine-boned growing year, with the texture of the different aging vessels. Serve cool, not cold cold.
Fruit from three different plots at Tillingham - Coach Field, Copse Bank and Front Field. All fruit was direct pressed into different vessels to ferment and rest on the lees before a single racking prior to being bottled. The blend is from a mixture of old 225L French oak, 500L Austrian oak, 400L Georgian Qvevri, concrete tank and stainless steel.
