Endgrain
Fresh citrus aromatics of lime and elderflower blossom, with a gentle stony minerality. The palate offers focused acidity, white stone fruit, and a gentle grip from the Ortega fermented in clay- our Georgian qvevri.
Rosé
A nose of delicate fruit and floral aromatics, while the palate has a lovely balance of tart red berries, crunchy white peach, and unripe melon. A classic, crisp, and refreshing rosé.

On the nose, the wine has smoky raspberry and cherry fruit, with a floral, pink pepper quality. Whole-bunch fermentation gives the wine a rounded, juicy palate before finishing with gentle, chalky tannins and mouth-watering acidity.
